Guarantee & Refund Policy
Choose your ScrumPrep product with confidence. Individual Exam Preps and Bundles each include a clear guarantee, while ScrumPrep Unlimited gives you the flexibility to cancel future renewals at any time.
The policy that applies depends on whether you purchased an individual one-time Exam Prep, a Bundle, or a ScrumPrep Unlimited subscription.
01 / Individual purchase
Individual Exam Prep money-back guarantee
Paid individual one-time Exam Prep products are backed by our money-back guarantee. If you complete the required practice, take the corresponding official certification exam, and do not pass, you may request a refund when you meet all the requirements below.
How to qualify
To qualify for the individual Exam Prep guarantee, you must:
- Purchase a paid individual one-time Exam Prep directly from ScrumPrep.
- Achieve at least 95% on every applicable practice test included in that Exam Prep.
- Take the corresponding official certification exam within 14 days after completing the applicable practice tests.
- Submit your refund request within 3 days after taking the certification exam.
- Provide the account and purchase information needed to identify your order, along with an official exam result or score report showing that you did not pass the corresponding exam.
The 14-day period begins when you complete the applicable practice tests. It does not begin on the purchase date.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to the individual one-time Exam Prep purchased and its corresponding official certification exam. If your request is approved, ScrumPrep will refund the amount you paid for that Exam Prep to your original payment method.
The individual Exam Prep guarantee does not apply to:
- Bundles, which have a separate satisfaction guarantee;
- ScrumPrep Unlimited subscriptions;
- free quizzes or other free content;
- a certification exam that does not correspond to the Exam Prep purchased; or
- a request that does not meet the purchase, score, timing, or evidence requirements above.
02 / Bundle purchase
Bundle satisfaction guarantee
ScrumPrep Bundles are covered by a separate satisfaction guarantee. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing the Bundle.
If your request is approved:
- ScrumPrep will refund the full amount you paid for the Bundle to your original payment method; and
- your access to every course included in the Bundle will end immediately.
To qualify, you must have consumed no more than 10% of any individual course included in the Bundle at the time of your request. ScrumPrep will review available learning activity records to confirm eligibility.
The individual Exam Prep exam-outcome guarantee does not apply to a Bundle or to the certification exams represented within it.
This Bundle satisfaction guarantee applies to Bundle purchases made on or after the effective date of this policy. Earlier purchases will be reviewed under the terms presented for those purchases.
03 / Monthly subscription
ScrumPrep Unlimited cancellation
ScrumPrep Unlimited is a monthly subscription. You may cancel from your account at any time.
After cancellation:
- your access continues through the end of the current billing period;
- the subscription will not renew; and
- access ends when the current billing period finishes.
ScrumPrep Unlimited subscription charges are not refundable, and ScrumPrep does not provide prorated credits for unused time. Cancellation affects future renewal only. The individual Exam Prep money-back guarantee and the Bundle satisfaction guarantee do not apply to Unlimited.
Cancelling or allowing the subscription to expire also ends any Founding Member rate protection associated with that subscription.
How to submit a refund request
Use the refund request form on this page or email [email protected]. Include:
- your name;
- the email address used for your ScrumPrep account;
- your order number;
- the product purchased;
- the reason for your request; and
- for an individual Exam Prep request, the certification exam date and official result or score report.
ScrumPrep may ask for missing information needed to confirm that your request meets this policy.
ScrumPrep may review eligibility and supporting records and make a good-faith determination under this policy.

Effective date and applicable rights
Effective date: September 28, 2026
This policy takes effect on the date it is published on this page and applies prospectively as described above.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
